No more swearing than at a normal middle school but some violence. There is A lot of blood and gore but not enough to scar a kid. There is no sex or any inappropriate stuff. there is a lot of swearing but not more than your child would here at school. The message is great and overall it’s a really fun game. Ok for 10+.
